思政教育促进铸造专业学生健全社会人格的价值研究

摘　　要：健全社会人格是大学生心理健康的重要组成部分,也是心理素质教育核心与基础。铸造专业大学生担负着行业发展和行业革新的重任,加强对他们的心理教育和管理非常重要。为此,对塑造专业学生的健全社会人格和思想教育管理展开研究,塑造铸造专业学生的健全人格,为其今后的发展提供保障,也为国家的铸造行业发展奠定坚实的基础。A sound social personality is an important component of the mental health of college students,as well as the core and foundation of psychological quality education.College students majoring in casting bear the heavy responsibility of industry development and innovation,and it is very important to strengthen their psychological education and management.To this end,research is being conducted on shaping the sound social personality and ideological education management of professional students,shaping the sound personality of casting professional students,providing guarantees for their future development,and laying a solid foundation for the development of the country's casting industry.
