增强高校学生管理制度育德功能探析

摘　　要：高校学生管理制度因内含伦理精神,影响高校大学生的道德观念和行为的生成,具有育德功能。增强高校学生管理制度育德功能,可以助力大学生优良品德的形成与发展。从健全制度、规范制度执行和优化制度外部运行环境三个方面着手,发挥学生管理制度育德功能,确立以生为本的育人理念,构建优良的学生管理制度,坚持公平公正原则,充分发挥学生管理制度的育德功能,多措并举,改善高校学生管理制度运行环境。The student management system of colleges and universities has the function of educating morality because of the ethical spirit contained in it,which affects the formation of moral concepts and behaviors of college students.Enhancing the moral education function of the student management system in colleges and universities can help the formation and development of college students'good moral character.Starting from the three aspects of improving the system,standardizing the implementation of the system and optimizing the external operating environment of the system,we should give full play to the educational function of the student management system,establish the concept of student-oriented education,build an excellent student management system,adhere to the principle of fairness and justice,give full play to the educational function of the student management system,and take multiple measures to improve the operating environment of the student management system in colleges and universities.
