摘　　要：《体育心理学》是培养体育专业大学生的核心课程之一。文章运用文献资料法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,探讨《体育心理学》思政教育的开展意义、育人特点及其实现方式。《体育心理学》课程思政教育的开展可以深化本学科的思政内涵,挖掘学科多元育人价值;有利于发挥学科独特的育人优势,与其它课程合力构建“大思政”格局。《体育心理学》在育人方面有独特优势,其全面的身心观,可以促进学生健康人格的发展;立足于心理健康,为孕育美好品德提供条件;课程以心理学的视角,重视对学生精神的关怀;课程蕴涵科学精神,激励学生勇于创新突破。为了能使《体育心理学》课程思政教育深入人心,教师要在教育理念上坚持育德与育才并驾齐驱,在教育方式上重视隐性教育,在思政资源上重视学生自身的成长经历,在应用导向上要将思政教育与实践相结合。Sports Psychology is one of the core courses to train college students majoring in physical education.This paper discusses the significance,characteristics and realization of ideological and political education of sports psychology by means of literature analysis and logical reasoning.The development of the ideological and political education in the curriculum of physical psychology can deepen the ideological and political connotation of the subject,excavate the value of multi-disciplinary education,and bring into play the unique advantages of the subject in educating people,and other courses to build a“big ideological and political education”Sports psychology has unique advantages in the character of education,its comprehensive view of body and mind can promote the development of students'healthy personality,the discipline based on mental health,provides conditions for the breeding of good character;The curriculum takes the psychological angle of view,pays attention to the spirit concern to the student,the curriculum connotation scientific spirit,encourages the student to have the courage to innovate the breakthrough.In order to make the ideological and political education in the course of Sports Psychology enter into the mind and heart,teachers should insist on the education of morality and talent in line with each other in the educational idea,and attach importance to the recessive education in the educational method,in the ideological and political resources,we should attach importance to the students'own growth experience and combine the ideological and political education with practice in the application orientation.
