社区青少年体育社会组织的培育路径研究

摘　　要：文章运用文献研究法、实地考察法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,立足于我国社区青少年体育社会组织发展面临的主要困境,对社区青少年体育社会组织的培育路径展开思考。研究认为,目前社区青少年体育社会组织发展主要面临资金和资源不足、人才短缺和管理能力不足、社会认可度和支持度不高的发展困境,未来社区青少年体育社会组织的发展应以政策工具推动社区青少年体育社会组织的创新发展、以内部治理提升社区青少年体育社会组织的志愿精神和专业能力以及以共生思维促进社区青少年体育社会组织跨界整合。Using the methods of literature research,field investigation,logical analysis and other research methods,based on the development of sports social organizations facing the main difficulties,this paper explores the cultivation of community youth sports social organizations.According to the research,the development of community youth sports social organizations is mainly faced with the development predicament of insufficient funds and resources,shortage of talents and management ability,low degree of social recognition and support,and low level of community cooperation and participation.In the future,policy tools should be used to promote the innovative development of community youth sports social organizations,internal governance should be used to enhance the voluntary spirit and professional ability of community youth sports social organizations,and symbiotic thinking should be used to promote the cross-border integration of community youth sports social organizations.
