摘  要:抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)脑炎是一种严重的神经精神综合征,抗NMDAR脑炎具有发病率高、病程长、病情重、特异性较差、早期诊断困难等特点。目前,抗NMDAR脑炎的诊断主要依赖于抗体检测和神经影像技术。常规CT成像对该疾病的诊断具有局限性,而磁共振成像和PET成像技术为疾病的诊断与疗效评估提供了科学的研究方法。本研究主要对近几年抗NMDAR脑炎的磁共振成像和PET成像研究进展进行综述,以期提高临床医生对该疾病的认识及早期诊断。Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(anti-NMDAR)encephalitis is a serious neuropsychiatric syndrome.Anti-NMDAR encephalitis is characterized by high incidence rate,long course,severe condition,poor specificity,and difficulty in early diagnosis.At present,the diagnosis of antiNMDAR encephalitis mainly relies on antibody detection and neuroimaging technology.Conventional CT imaging has limitations in the diagnosis of this disease,while magnetic resonance imaging and PET imaging techniques provide scientific research methods for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of the disease.This study mainly reviews the recent progress in magnetic resonance imaging and positron emission tomography imaging studies of anti-NMDAR encephalitis,with a view to improving clinicians'understanding of the disease and early diagnosis.
