摘 要:目的探讨护理专业新生研讨课课程思政教学设计及应用效果。方法通过分析、设计、开发、实施、评估5个阶段设计新生研讨课课程思政教学方案,并于2022级69名护理专业一年级新生中实施。课程结束后通过调查学生们课程思政教学设计认可度,运用Giorgi分析法对学生课程感想进行内容分析,以评价课程思政教学设计及应用效果。结果调查结果显示,学生对该课程思政设计的广度、深度、逻辑关联及总体评价中,选择非常认可的比例分别为81.2%%、85.5%、82.6%和89.9%;学生课程感想资料分析共提炼3个主题,分别为涵育职业素养、培育科学精神、坚定理想信念。结论新生研讨课课程思政教学能够保证课程思政实施效果,并获得学生认可。Objective To explore the design and application effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education in nursing Freshmen Seminar Course.Methods Based on ADDIE(Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,Evaluation)model,the Ideological and Political Theory Education program of Freshmen Seminar Course was designed and implemented in 69 nursing freshmen of grade 2022.At the end of the course,the students’recognition of the curriculum Ideological and Political Theory Education was investigated and the Giorgi analysis method was used to conduct a qualitative analysis of students’impressions of the curriculum to evaluate the implementation effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education design.Results The results showed that 81.2%,85.5%,82.6%and 89.9%of the students graded“strongly agree”for the breadth,depth,logicality and overall evaluation of the Ideological and Political Theory Education.A total of three themes were extracted by qualitative content analysis,namely,the improvement of nursing professionalism,the cultivation of scientific spirit and the establishment of ideals and beliefs.Conclusion The Ideological and Political Theory Education of Freshmen Seminar Course based on theory design can ensure the effect of Ideological and Political Theory Education,and is recognized and welcomed by students.
