摘　　要：选取江南大学附属医院肿瘤内二科10名男性消化道癌症患者为研究对象,开展叙事类心理疗法与微型民族志相结合的叙事医学临床实践,旨在探索实现患者老有所为的干预模式。结果显示,叙事医学引导医护团队与医务社工团队从不同面向、不同阶段整体性关注患者疾病进展及心理变化,协同性再现干预策略,行动性反思叙事能力,树立了叙事意识,提升了患者福利,增强了医患关系,加深了职业认同,对推动医学人文真正贴近临床且融入现代诊疗制度具有重要实践意义。This study focuses on 10 male patients with digestive tract cancer from Department II of Oncology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University.The researchers utilize a combination of narrative psychotherapy and micro ethnography as part of the clinical practice of narrative medicine.The objective is to investigate an intervention model that facilitates patients in finding purpose in their later years.The results indicate that narrative therapy can assist medical teams and social workers in paying attention to the disease progression and psychological changes at different stages.Collaborative narrative intervention strategies and reflexive narrative competence establishes narrative awareness,improves patient welfare,enhances doctor-patient relationships,and deepens professional identity.This has significant practical implications for promoting medical humanities,making it more clinically relevant and integrates into modern diagnosis and therapy systems.
