摘　　要：本文总结分析情境判断测验的理论基础、设计与开发步骤、特点,认为其在医学领域应用较为成熟,适用于我国医学人才选拔培养。同时,围绕发挥医学人才选拔效能、探索培养与教育改革应用、挖掘医学人才评价潜力3方面探讨未来发展方向与启示,为医学教育和医学人才培养提供参考。This article summarizes and analyzes the theoretical basis,design and development steps,and characteris⁃tics of the Situational Judgment Test,and believes that its application in the medical field is relatively mature and suit⁃able for the selection and training of medical talents in our country.At the same time,the future development direc⁃tion and inspiration will be discussed around three aspects:giving full play to the effectiveness of medical talent selec⁃tion,exploring application of training and educational reform,and tapping the potential of medical talent evaluation,providing reference for medical education and medical talent training.
