药师管理制度对抗菌药物合理应用的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价药师管理制度在抗菌药物合理应用管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—9月济阳区垛石街道办事处社区卫生服务中心的10名医护人员及100份抗菌药物应用处方作为对照组,选择2023年1—9月本社区卫生服务中心的10名医护人员及100份抗菌药物应用处方作为研究组,两组10名医护人员均为同一批人员,研究组采用药师管理制度,对照组采用常规管理法及药师审核参与,分析两组抗菌药物处方不合理用药率、抗菌药物处方药师参与率、抗菌药物管理质量。结果研究组抗菌药物处方不合理用药率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组抗菌药物处方药师参与率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的抗菌药物管理质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床药师在抗生素合理营应用中发挥重要作用,因此在对抗菌药物合理应用的过程中,需要完善药师管理制度,提升抗菌药物应用的安全性、有效性,改善用药的效果,进一步提升用药的有效性,达到预期的抗菌药物应用管理目的。Objective To evaluate the application effect of pharmacist management system in rational application management of antibiotics.Methods 10 medical workers and 100 prescriptions of antibiotics were selected from Ji⁃yang District Duoshi Street Office Community Health Service Center from January to September 2021 as the control group,and 10 medical workers and 100 prescriptions of antibiotics were selected from the community health service center from January to September 2023 as the research group.The 10 medical workers in the two groups were all from the same group.The study group adopted the pharmacist management system,and the control group adopted the routine management method and pharmacist audit participation.The irrational use rate of antibiotics prescription,the participation rate of antibiotics prescription pharmacist and the quality of antibiotics management were analyzed in the two groups.Results The rate of irrational use of antibiotics in the study group was lower than that in the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The participation rate of prescription pharmacists in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of antibiotic administration in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the differ⁃ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the rational ap⁃plication of antibiotics.Therefore,in the process of rational application of antibiotics,it is necessary to improve the management system of pharmacists,enhance the safety and effectiveness of the application of antibiotics,improve the effect of drugs,further enhance the effectiveness of drugs,and achieve the expected purpose of antimicrobial ap⁃plication management.
