摘 要:我国对外教育的内外全科医学士(bachelor of medicine&bachelor of surgery,MBBS)课程安排中的一大特色学科是中医学,如何通过中医学课程的教学能让这些未来的外国医生了解中医、认同中医文化、熟悉中医优势病种并知道其确有其效是该门课程的主要目的,这将使他们成为推动中医走向国际,甚至成为中医学术研究的重要力量。昆明医科大学第二临床学院中医学教研室在多年的教学实践中发现,中医学作为一门有着浓厚中国传统文化背景的医学,如何让留学生理解中医特有的哲学思想并产生认同感是教学中非常重要的一环。该文分享了昆明医科大学第二临床学院中医学教研室在中医学课程的医学人文教学实践中运用小组合作学习(team-based learning,TBL)的教学方法,对该门课程人文教育的教学方法进行了探索性的改革,在多个教学阶段采用了多种形式的TBL教学,最终从学习兴趣、文化认同及形成性考核等多角度去分析教学效果,取得了一定的教学经验。Chinese Medicine is one of the characteristic subjects in the curriculum arrangement of bachelor of medi⁃cine&bachelor of surgery(MBBS)in our country.How to make these future foreign doctors understand Chinese medi⁃cine,identify with Chinese medicine culture,get familiar with the advantages of Chinese medicine and know its effec⁃tiveness is the main purpose of this course.This will make them an important force in promoting Chinese medicine to the world and even become the academic research of Chinese medicine.The teaching and research Section of Tradi⁃tional Chinese Medicine in the Second Clinical College of Kunming Medical University has found that as a medicine with a strong traditional Chinese cultural background,how to make foreign students understand the unique philosophi⁃cal thought of traditional Chinese medicine and produce a sense of identity is a very important part of teaching.In this paper,the teaching and research section of traditional Chinese Medicine in the Second Clinical College of Kunming Medical University used the teaching method of team-based learning(TBL)in the teaching practice of medical hu⁃manities in the course of traditional Chinese medicine,and carried out an exploratory reform in the teaching method of humanistic education.Various forms of TBL teaching were used in many teaching stages.Finally,the teaching effect was analyzed from the perspectives of learning interest,cultural identity and formative assessment,and some teaching experience was obtained.
