摘  要:面对信息技术的持续发展和新时代对人才素质、人才能力要求的提升,职业培训领域亟需教育评价变革。学生评价作为教育评价的重点之一,应顺应时代要求,积极探寻一种适应成人学习者特征的评价策略。在充分反思职业培训学生评价中存在的问题的基础上,深入分析成人学习特征,明确学生发展性评价的基本内涵,基于发展性评价基本原则提出一套针对成人学习者的评价策略,以更好地了解和引导学习者的个人发展。In the face of the sustainable development of information technology and the improvement of the demand for talent quality and talent ability in the new era,the field of vocational training is in urgent need of fully reform of the educational evaluation.As one of the key points of educational evaluation,student evaluation should conform to the requirements of the times and actively explore an evaluation strategy to adapt to the characteristics of adult learners.On the basis of fully reflecting on the problems existing in the evaluation of vocational training students,this paper deeply analyzes the characteristics of adult learning,clarifies the basic connotation of student developmental evaluation,and puts forward a set of evaluation strategies for adult learners based on the basic principles of developmental evaluation,so as to better understand and guide the personal development of learners.
