摘　　要：为响应国家“培养卓越工程师”的教育理念,东莞理工学院聚焦专业学位研究生人才培养体系,通过重树培养目标、重构专业实践、重组培养流程、重塑培养要求、重建培养平台“五重改革”,探索专业学位研究生卓越工程师培养新模式,全面提升专业学位研究生实践创新能力和解决行(产)业实际问题的能力。In response to the national initiative of“cultivating outstanding engineers”,Dongguan University of Technology has focused on the cultivation system for professional degree graduate students.By implementing a"five-fold reform"strategy,which includes re-establishing training objectives,restructuring professional practice,reorganizing the training process,reshaping training requirements,and rebuilding the training platform,the university explores a new model for cultivating exceptional engineering talents with professional degrees.This comprehensive reform aims to significantly enhance their practical innovation capabilities and their ability to solve real problems in various industries.
