腹腔治疗对消化道肿瘤疗效的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨消化道肿瘤患者选择腹腔治疗方案的应用价值。方法 筛选出于2021年1月—2022年1月本院接收的40例消化道肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据临床治疗方案的差异,将其分成两组,即对照组(静脉化疗治疗方案)与实验组(腹腔内化疗治疗方案),每组20例,然后对比两组病患的临床总有效率、不良反应率及生活质量评分等变化。结果 针对患者的临床总有效率而言,实验组明显高于对照组,其对比差异突出,存在统计学优势(P<0.05);针对患者的不良反应率而言,实验组明显小于对照组,其对比差异突出,存在统计学优势(P<0.05)。治疗前,统计对比两组的生活质量,能够发现其差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗后,能够发现两组患者的生活质量评分均明显提升,不过,实验组的提升幅度明显超过对照组,且两组数据对比差异突出(P<0.05)。结论 选择腹腔治疗方案对消化道肿瘤患者实施治疗的应用效果是比较理想的,该方面的应用价值是值得肯定的。Objective To evaluate application value of abdominal cavity therapy for patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups based on difference in clinical treatment plans,namely control group(treated with intravenous chemotherapy treatment plan)and experimental group(with intraperitoneal chemotherapy treatment plan),20 cases in each group.Clinical total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,and life quality scores between two groups were compared.Results total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 85.00%,significantly higher than 67.50%of control group.Comparison showed significant difference,with statistical advantage(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate in experimental group was 27.50%,significantly lower than 45.00%in control group,with significant difference and statistical advantage,(P<0.05).in addition,before treatment,statistical comparison of life quality between two groups showed,difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,it was found that life quality scores of both groups were significantly improved.However,improvement in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,data comparison showed significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Research showed,abdominal cavity treatment plan can achieve relatively ideal application effect and application value for patients with digestive tract tumors,which is worthy of recognition.
