药物综合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究在视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血患者治疗中应用药物综合治疗的临床效果。方法 从2020年11月—2022年7月择取80例视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法为依据对其进行分组研究,每组40例,常规组实施采用阿司匹林、芦丁、维生素C治疗,观察组在常规组治疗方案基础上加用和血明目片治疗,评估两组的治疗有效率,记录两组出血吸收时间,评估两组治疗后生活质量,记录两组不良反应情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。出血吸收时间短于常规组差异有统计学意义(t=13.294,P=0.001)。治疗后观察组生活质量各项评分结果高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.692)。结论 对于视网膜静脉阻塞性眼底出血治疗来说,和血明目片的应用可以提高临床效果,缩短出血吸收时间,提高患者的生活质量,而且安全性良好,临床价值显著。Objective To explore clinical effect of comprehensive drug therapy in treatment of patients with retinal vein obstructive fundus hemorrhage.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with retinal vein obstructive fundus hemorrhage from November 2020 to July 2022,and divided them into groups based on random number table method,40 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with aspirin,rutin,and vitamin C,and observation group with harmonizing blood and improving eyesight tablets based on routine group.Curative effect was evaluated,absorption time of bleeding was recorded,and life quality after treatment was evaluated,adverse reactions were recorded between two groups.Results total effective rate of observation group(100.0%)was higher than routine group(85.0%),with statistically significant difference(P=0.011).Bleeding absorption time was shorter than routine group,with statistically significant difference(t=13.294,P=0.001).After treatment,life quality scores of observation group were higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P=0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P=0.692).Conclusion Harmonizing blood and improving eyesight tablets can improve clinical effect,shorten bleeding absorption time,improve life quality in treatment of retinal vein obstructive fundus hemorrhage,which have good safety and significant clinical value.
