摘  要:为探究内环流控温保水技术对高大平房仓仓温、平均粮温、表层粮温的影响,以及对粮食品质,如水分含量、小麦面筋吸水量、玉米脂肪酸值等品质指标的影响,以中储粮郑州直属库4栋高大平房仓为试验仓,记录了2022年4月~7月各仓温度数据,检测粮食品质及水分含量。结果表明:内环流控温保水技术可以将粮食水分控制在稳定的状态,且对于高水分粮,通风降水可将粮食水分控制在安全水分以内;仓内保温材料吊顶可以隔绝外界高温,减小粮温升高幅度,延缓粮食品质劣变,确保储粮安全。In order to explore the effects of circulation ventilation combined with temperature control and water retention technologies on thewarehouse temperature,average grain temperature,surface grain temperature and grain quality,such as moisture content,wheat gluten water absorption,corn fatty acid value and other quality indexes.In this work,four large warehouses were used as experimental test warehouses.The temperature and the grain quality and moisture content data of each warehouse from April to July 2022 was recorded.The results showed that the internal circulation temperature control and water preservation technology could control the grain moisture in a stable state,and ventilation and precipitation could control the moisture of high moisture in a safe water.The ceiling of thermal insulation material in the warehouse could isolate the external high temperature,reduced the grain temperature rise amplitude,ensured the grain quality and maintain the grain safety.
