摘　　要：针对装满“散粮”的无卸粮口的厢式货车卸粮时,由于粮食数量多、整体质量大,在开门卸粮时,粮食的侧压和流动会在瞬间产生较大的力冲击车厢门,使得车厢门向外弹开,造成了开门卸粮人员的安全隐患,并且会导致卸粮流量的大小不易控制,从而影响粮食杂质清理的效果等问题,联合研发了卸粮流量控制装置,通过该装置的应用,在散粮车卸粮时达到了有效控制粮食的流量,并确保了卸粮操作人员的安全。In order to solve the problem that a box truck full of“bulk grain”without a grain unloading port during unloading grain,due to the large quantity and overall weight of grain,the side pressure and flow of grain would produce a large force to impact the compartment door in an instant when opening the door to unload grain,this not only caused the compartment door to spring outward,but also caused potential safety hazards for the people who opened the door,and would lead to the difficulty in controlling the grain unloading flow,which would affect the effect of grain impurity cleaning.We have jointly developed a grain unloading flow control device.Through the application of this device,the flow of grain was effectively controlled during the unloading of bulk grain trucks and the safety of unloading operators is ensured.
