积极老龄化视域下社区老年心理健康服务路径优化研究

摘　　要：目的研究积极老龄化视域下社区老年心理健康服务路径优化策略与效果。方法选择2020年1—12月某社区中老年人50例为对照组,不对其开展常规社区心理健康服务,选择2021年1—12月某社区中老年人50例为实验组,对其开展积极老龄化视域下优化心理健康服务路径干预,分析干预价值。结果实验组老年人SCL-90得分均优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组老年人各项问题解决评分更高(P<0.05);实验组生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用优化积极老龄化视域下社区老年心理健康服务路径策略为社区老年人提供服务,可改善其心理状态,提升其问题解决能力和生活质量,值得运用。Objective To study optimization strategies and effect of community elderly mental health service paths from active aging perspective.Methods The paper chose 50 middle-aged and elderly people in community from January 2020 to December 2020,treated with no routine community mental health services,chose 50 middle-aged and elderly people in the community from January 2021 to December 2021,treated with intervention to optimize mental health service paths from active aging perspective.Intervention value was analyzed.Results SCL-90 scores in experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05);Experimental group had higher scores of problem-solving under the coping style(P<0.05);Life quality in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizied strategy of community elderly mental health services path under active aging perspective can provide services for the elderly in community,improve psychological state,enhance problem-solving ability and life quality,which is worth applying.
