摘  要:响应国家核心技术自主可控需求,选取新型全国产短距离无线通信技术WIoTa和DDA对粮仓数据传输的稳定性、覆盖率进行实仓检验。研究结果表明:将数据发送终端(IOTE)置于仓内,接收端基站(AP)置于仓外,①IOTE和AP之间障碍物较少、通信距离在50 m以内时,WIoTa和DDA在平房仓、浅圆仓的收发成功率均为100%,通信稳定可靠。②IOTE和AP距离超过65 m时,WIoTa和DDA的通信稳定性开始下降,数据丢包和终端掉线几率随着距离增加、障碍物增多而上升。当IOTE和AP距离超过85 m时,数据丢包和终端掉线现象严重,无线通信不可靠。③WIoTa和DDA均具有较好的抗干扰和穿透性能,当IOTE与AP距离在30 m以内时,少量金属障碍物、墙体、谷物对信号强度有削弱,但是不影响数据传输。WIoTa的通信稳定性略优于DDA。WIoTa和DDA均可以作为单仓数据短距离无线传输可靠的国产化替代方案。In response to the independent and controllable demand of the national core technology,this paper inspected the stability and coverage rate of the new national short-distance wireless communication technologies WIoTa and DDA for data transmission in granaries.The results showed that:when the data transmission terminal(IOTE)was placed in the granary and the receiving terminal base station(AP)was placed outside the granary,(1)there were few obstacles between IOTE and AP and the communication distance was less than 50 meters,the success rate of WIoTa and DDA in the large horizontal warehouse and squat silo was 100%,and the communication was stable and reliable.(2)When the distance between IOTE and AP exceeds 65 meters,the communication stability of WIoTa and DDA began to decline,and the probability of data packet loss and terminal disconnection increased with the increasing distance and obstacles.When the distance between IOTE and AP exceeds 85 meters,data packet loss and terminal disconnection were serious,and wireless communication was unreliable.(3)WIoTa and DDA both have good anti-interference and penetration performance,When the distance between IOTE and AP was less than 30 meters,a small amount of metal obstacles,walls and grains would weak the signal strength,but do not affect the data transmission.The communication stability of WIoTa was Stightly better than DDA.Both WIoTa and DDA could be used as reliable national localized alternatives for short-range wireless transmission of single-bin data.
