摘　　要：对“一带一路”倡议下国有中资矿企在赞比亚投资的跨文化管理情况进行分析,阐述了“一带一路”倡议下国有中资矿企在赞比亚经营中进行跨文化管理的重要意义,分析了国有中资矿企在赞比亚跨文化管理过程中存在的问题和挑战,结合实际情况,提出了国有中资矿企在赞比亚跨文化管理过程中的思路和应对策略。This paper aims to analyze the cross-cultural management of state-owned Chinese mining enterprises in Zambia under the"the Belt and Road"initiative according to the actual situation.Based on the detailed analysis of great significance and the problems and difficulties of cross-cultural management of state-owned Chinese mining enterprises in Zambia,the paper puts forward specific recommendations for cross-cultural management of state-owned Chinese mining enterprises in Zambia.
