摘　　要：军士生作为士兵队伍的主体力量,是现代化队伍中的必备的高端技能。为建设现代化工匠型军士队伍,培养“留得住、用得上、打的赢”的高素质军士人才,提高军士生培养质量,以“123课堂体系”为抓手,探索高职定向军士工匠型人才培养模式,为高职院校工匠型军士培养教育提供参考。As the main force of the soldier team,the sergeant is the necessary high-end skills in the modern team.In order to build a modern team of craftsman sergeants,cultivate high-quality sergeants who are"retained,useful and won",and improve the training quality of sergeants,the"123 classroom system"is taken as the starting point to explore the training mode of oriented sergeants craftsman in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide reference for the training and education of craftsman Sergeants in higher vocational colleges.
