摘  要:轮毂是承载汽车安全的重要安全部件,轻量化设计是实现节能减排的、降低运输成本的主要措施之一,本文进行了汽车结构设计与轻量化研究。以某型号家用轿车汽车轮毂为研究对象开展轻量化研究,利用UG软件创建汽车轮毂三维实体模型,进行有限元静力学分析,分析结果发现某型号家用轿车汽车轮毂刚度和强度存在一定的余量,在不影响汽车轮毂结构强度、刚度的前提条件下,对轮毂重新设计优化分析,轻量化后某型号家用轿车汽车轮毂质量从5.62kg减轻到5.37kg,质量减轻了4%。设计提出了汽车轮毂轻量化的分析体系,为之后汽车轮毂的轻量化和整车轻量化设计提供一些参考。The wheel hub is an important safety part of the vehicle safety,lightweight design is one of the main measures to achieve energy saving and emission reduction,reduce the transportation cost,this paper carried on the design of the vehicle structure and lightweight research.The automobile hub of a certain type of household car was used as the research object to carry out lightweight research,and the UG software was used to create a three-dimensional entity model of the automobile hub,and thefinite element statics analysis was carried out.The analysis results showed that there was a certain margin for the stiffness and strength of the automobile hub of a certain type of household car.Under the precondition of not affecting the structural strength and stiffness of the automobile hub,the hub was redesigned and optimized.After lightweight,the hub weight of a family car was reduced by 4%from 5.62kg to 5.37kg.The design puts forward the analysis system of automobile hub lightweight,which provides some reference for the lightweight design of automobile hub and vehicle.
