摘　　要：为了提高冷链运输型企业运作效率,降低物流成本,提升服务质量,从配送兼容性,服务能力、物流能力、企业综合素质及合作关系五个层面构建冷链运输型企业共同配送合作伙伴选择评价指标体系。应用AHP层次分析法与TOPSIS理想点法构建合作伙伴评价模型,针对所选取的8家备选企业进行实证分析,验证评价指标及模型的可行有效性,为冷链运输型企业伙伴选择模型提供理论参考。In this paper,in order to improve the operational efficiency,reduce the logistics costs,and improve the service quality of cold chain transportation enterprises,we set up a co-distribution partner selection evaluation index system for cold chain transportation enterprises from the five aspects of distribution compatibility,service capabilities,logistics capabilities,comprehensive corporate quality,and cooperative relationships.Then,we applied AHP and TOPSIS to constructing a partner evaluation model,and conducted an empirical analysis on 8 candidate companies to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation index system and the model established,providing theoretical reference for cold chain transportation enterprises in selecting co-distribution partners.
