摘　　要：推进社区教育融入国际化社区治理是新时代社会工作的重要内容,也是推进人类命运共同体建设的重要路径。日本社会教育基于多文化共生理念,在助推国际化社区治理过程中发挥着多重价值,在“跨文化体验教育”“文化认同教育”“外国人社会参与教育”的嬗变历程中,体现了多文化共生理念的价值引领、遵循融合共治行动逻辑的长效机制、以国际理解为主的教育内容和文化先导式内生动力的生长路径,为我国社区教育助力国际化社区治理提供了经验借鉴。Promoting the integration of community education into international community governance is an important part of social work in the new era and an important path to promote the construction of a human community with a shared future.Based on the concept of multi-cultural coexistence,Japanese social education plays multiple values in the process of promoting international community governance.In the process of transformation from"cross-cultural experience education"to"cultural identity education"and"social participation education for foreigners",it embodies the value guidance of multi-cultural coexistence concept,the long-term mechanism of following the action logic of integration and co-governance,the educational content based on international understanding and the growth path of culture-oriented endogenous driving force,which provides experience for Chinese community education to help international community governance.
