摘  要:随着高等教育的普及化发展,我国高校学生数量逐年递增,大学生教育成为社会大众较为关注的问题,但当前一些大学生的学习状态令人担忧,旷课、迟到、玩手机等厌学现象屡见不鲜。文章在苏北Y高校学生学习状况调查的基础上,结合20位典型学生的深度访谈,总结当前高校学生厌学问题的现状,剖析其原因,并引入学校社会工作视角,结合社会工作理论探索高校学生学习动力提升的有效路径,以期提升高校学生的学习动力。With the popularization and development of higher education,the number of college students in China has been increasing year by year,and college education has become a concern for the public.However,the current learning status of some college students is worrying,and phenomena such as absenteeism,tardiness,and playing with mobile phones are not uncommon.On the basis of a survey on the learning status of Y university students in northern Jiangsu,combined with in-depth interviews with 20 typical students,this article summarizes the current situation of student aversion to learning,analyzes its reasons,and introduces the perspective of school social work.Combining social work theory,it explores effective ways to enhance the learning motivation of university students,in order to enhance their learning motivation.
