摘　　要：主题班会作为大学生思想政治教育工作的重要载体,是辅导员做好思政工作的主要抓手、做好班级管理的重要途径,是师生双主体活动的教育形式。文章在阐述主题班会创新的意义和原则的基础上,从班会主题、内容、形式、评价机制等角度出发,探索遵循“三维三化四结合”原则的“一年级一特色”“一专业一特色”的适合校情的大学生思想政治教育主题班会课程体系,以期提升班会育人实效,为思政育人工作添砖加瓦。Theme class meetings,as an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students,are the main means for counselors to do a good job in ideological and political work,an important way to do a good job in class management,and an educational form of dual subject activities for teachers and students.On the basis of elaborating on the significance and principles of innovation in themed class meetings,this article explores the curriculum system of ideological and political education themed class meetings for college students that follows the principle of"three dimensions,three transformations,and four combinations",including"one grade,one characteristic"and"one major,one characteristic".The aim is to improve the effectiveness of class meetings in educating students and contribute to the work of ideological and political education.
