摘 要:近年来,孟浩然诗歌的海外译介取得了一些进展,然而国内对孟诗海外译介的研究还需进一步加深。本文以保罗·克罗尔《孟浩然诗歌》译本为蓝本,以译者行为批评理论模式中的“求真-务实”连续统评价系统为理论基石。研究发现克罗尔译本在翻译自然意象时,以“求真”为主、“务实”为辅;在翻译人文意象时,以“务实”为主“、求真”为辅。从翻译效果来看,自然意象的翻译不仅传达出意境之美,也兼顾原诗的留白空间。而人文意象的翻译则体现出三点:揭示诗人社交圈层,展现历史人物背景,展示出“儒道佛”三种不同教义的哲学观,借古喻今。In recent years,overseas translations of Meng Haoran’s poetry have made some progress.However,domestic discussions on the overseas translations of Meng’s poetry need to be further developed.The study finds that in Kroll’s The Poetry of Meng Haoran,“truth seeking”of natural images plays a dominant role while“utility attaining”of cultural images occupies centre stage.From the perspective of translation effect,translations of natural images not only convey the beauty of artistic conception but also take into account the blank space of original poems.On the contrary,translations of cultural images reflect three aspects:Revealing the poet’s social circle and the background of historical figures;showing three different philosophies of Confucianism,Taoism,and Buddhism;and narrating anecdotes of the past in alluding to the present.
