摘 要:地铁内燃轨道车装用螺杆空气压缩机。由于地铁内燃轨道车运用频次低,库内热机整备时间不定,螺杆空气压缩机散热风扇启停温度设置不合理等,容易造成螺杆空气压缩机润滑油乳化,给轨道车正常运用带来诸多不便。为了尽可能防止空气压缩机润滑油乳化,在内燃轨道车运用情况不宜改变前提下,通过增加空气系统用风量,更改散热风扇启停温度等措施,延长螺杆空气压缩机加载时间,并定期手动排水等防止润滑油乳化。Screw air compressors are installed on metro diesel rail car.Due to the low frequency of use of the screw air compressor installed on subway diesel rail cars,the uncertain maintenance time of the hot engine in the ware⁃house,and the unreasonable setting of the start and stop temperature of the screw air compressor cooling fan,etc.,it is easy to cause frequent emulsification of lubricating oil in the screw air compressor,which brings many inconveniences to the normal operation of rail cars.In order to prevent the emulsification of lubricating oil in the air compressor as much as possible,under the condition that the operating conditions of diesel rail cars should not be changed,mea⁃sures such as increasing the air volume of the air system,changing the start and stop temperature of the cooling fan,etc.,are formulated to extend the loading time of the screw air compressor,and regular manual drainage and other emulsification prevention measures are taken.
