摘　　要：双碳背景下,现代物流的发展必然离不开逆向物流这一重要领域,而政策的规范与引导对逆向物流产业具有重要意义。收集2012-2022年间的国家级逆向物流政策,从发布时间、针对性、政策主体、政策主题等外部属性维度及供给型政策、需求型政策、环境型政策等内部语义维度构建二维框架,并用内容分析法进行分析,梳理逆向物流政策的演变,总结逆向物流政策主题热点,为未来逆向物流政策制定与行业发展提供参考。In this paper,by collecting the texts of national-level reverse logistics policies from 2012 to 2022,we built the corresponding two-dimensional framework composing of the external attribute dimension such as release time,pertinence,policy subject,and policy theme,and the internal semantic dimension such as supply-side policies,demand-side policies,and environmental policies,and used the content analysis method to smooth out the evolutionary course of the reverse logistics policies and summarize the key points of attention of such policies,providing reference for the formulation of reverse logistics policies in the future and the better development of the reverse logistics industry.
