摘 要:为了探究多仓联储模式下集成化供应链生产与供给配送的最优决策,以供应链总运营成本最小化为目标,构建了多仓联储模式下的集成生产与库存分配模型,基于迭代局部搜索算法原理构建求解算法,用以解决实际大规模情形下的生产计划与库存分配决策问题。通过实验表明,集成生产与仓储分配决策方法能够有效协调生产以及多个仓库间的分配调度,为仓库节省大量的仓储空间,同时能够合理地进行资源的运输调度,从整体上降低了供应链的生产与仓储运输成本。In this paper,in order to explore the optimal production,supply and distribution decision of an integrated supply chain under the multi-warehouse joint storage mode,with the objective of minimizing the total operating cost of the supply chain,we constructed an integrated production and inventory allocation model under the multi-warehouse joint storage mode.Based on the principle of iterative local search,we developed an algorithm to solve the production planning and inventory allocation decision-making problem in large-scale scenarios.Through an experiment,it was shown that the integrated production and inventory allocation decision-making method could effectively coordinate the production capacity of the supply chain and schedule resources among the warehouses and save significant warehousing space,so as to both realize reasonable resource transportation and scheduling and reduce the production,warehousing and transportation costs of the supply chain on the whole.
