摘　　要：汽车新项目的项目范围蔓延、范围变更评估不充分、审批流程不严谨往往导致项目资源浪费,严重影响项目目标的达成。本文介绍了项目范围管理的定义,阐述了项目范围管理在目前的汽车新产品项目中的应用现状及存在的问题,结合某公司汽车新产品项目管理经验,对汽车新产品项目中的范围管理存在的问题从制定范围管理计划、定义范围基准及变更管理的实施方法等3个方面提出解决方案。The project scope spread,insufficient scope change evaluation,and imprecise approval process of new automobile projects often lead to waste of project resources,seriously affecting the achievement of project goals.This article introduces the definition of project scope management,expounds the application status and existing problems of project scope management in current automobile new product projects,and proposes solutions to the problems of scope management in automobile new product projects from three aspects:formulating scope management plans,defining Scope Baseline,and implementing change management methods.
