摘 要:作为车辆上重要的部件,雨刮系统对于车辆在雨雪天气下的安全行驶起着至关重要的作用,其在运行过程中刮净度问题会对行驶过程中驾乘人员的安全造成威胁,而抖动异响则十分影响驾驶的舒适性,这两个问题一直是困扰着雨刮设计师的难题。解决问题的难点在于:首先,由于刮刷过程中胶条的老化磨损等不可控原因,导致雨刮的刮净度问题十分复杂;另外,由于刮刷过程中刮片与风挡玻璃非线性的摩擦,使得分析雨刮的抖动与异响问题非常困难。本文从刮净度问题以及抖动异响两方面入手,全面总结了雨刮刮净度差以及抖动异响机理,对于雨刮设计工程师有一定指导意义。As an important part of the vehicle,the wiper system plays a vital role in the safe driving of the vehicle in rainy and snowy weather.The problem of the wiper cleanliness during the running process will threaten the safety of drivers and passengers during the driving process,while the abnormal noise and the vibration will greatly affect the comfort of driving.Both of them have been a problem puzzling the wiper designers.The difficulties are as follow:first of all,the wiper cleanliness is very complicated due to uncontrollable reasons such as the aging and wear of the rubber strip during the wiping process;In addition,because the friction between the rubber strip and the glass is nonlinear during the wiping process,the problem of wiper jitter and abnormal noise is very complex.This paper comprehensively summarizes the mechanism of poor wiper cleanliness and shaking noise from two aspects of wiper cleanliness and shaking noise,which has certain guiding significance for wiper design engineers.
