摘　　要：国内药物开发受自身技术实力及研发投入影响,进入的时间较发达国家的医药龙头企业晚很多,多以仿制药为主。近年来,随着我国国家知识产权强国战略的逐步推进,医药企业由仿制向自主创新的模式转变已成为大势所趋,知识产权的重要性日渐凸显,知识产权,特别是专利逐渐成为企业提高国内外与国际市场核心竞争力的重要资产。本文从专利挖掘的角度进行分析,讨论小分子化药的专利申请思路,为医药企业和科研单位提供参考。The entry time of domestic drug development affected by its own technical strength and R&D investment is much later than that of leading pharmaceutical enterprises in developed countries,mostly generic drugs.In recent years,with the gradual advancement of the strategy of national intellectual property power in China,the transformation of pharmaceutical companies from imitation to independent innovation has become the general trend,the importance of intellectual property rights has become increasingly prominent,and intellectual property rights,especially patents,have gradually become an important asset for enterprises to improve their core competitiveness at home and abroad and in the international market.In this paper,the patent application ideas of small molecule chemical drugs are discussed from the perspective of patent mining,providing a reference for pharmaceutical companies and scientific research institutions.
