石学敏院士针灸从“窍”论治学术思想初探

摘　　要：“窍”是人体内外信息沟通的通道,分为九窍、脑窍、心窍等,与五脏六腑关系紧密。石学敏院士对“窍”见解独特,从“窍”出发创立多种针法用于临床。通过对针灸从“窍”论治的相关针法总结发现,他非常重视脑窍,治窍不离神,别窍论治,擅用内关穴,这些学术思想对指导针灸临床及临证思维大有裨益。Orifice is the channel of information communication inside and outside the human body,which is divided into nine orifices,brain orifices,heart orifices,and so on.It is closely related to the five viscera and six entrails.Academician SHI Xuemin has a unique view of orifice and has created a variety of acupuncture techniques for clinical use.This paper summarized the acupuncture techniques of SHI Xuemin from the orifice.It was found that he attaches great importance to brain orifices,treats the orifices by considering the mind,performs treatments according to different orifices,and is good at using Neiguan orifices.These academic thoughts are of great benefit to guiding clinical practice and thinking of acupuncture.
