摘　　要：目的:通过体外及人体联合测试方法,评价一款含泰束胶原蛋白肽护肤品的安全性及抗皱、紧致等功效方向的抗老化研究进展。方法:通过利用培养成纤维细胞,运用ELISA方法检测Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、弹力蛋白含量及第三方人体功效实验室进行人体功效检测,分别在0周、2周、4周采集分析皱纹、皮肤水分含量、经皮水分流失率、弹性等数据,综合评估本品的抗老化方面的研究进展。结果:(1)基于成纤维细胞,与对照组相比,样品在0.3125%浓度下,弹性蛋白与Ⅰ型胶原蛋白分泌量均呈现极显著升高趋势(P<0.001)。(2)31名经乳酸刺痛试验筛选入组的敏感肌志愿者使用产品28d后与使用产品前相比,皮肤角质层水分含量、皮肤经表皮失水率、皮肤弹性R7值、皮肤紧致F4、外眼角处皱纹(长度、数量)均有显著性改善。结论:含泰束胶原蛋白肽抗皱精华对面部皮肤老化引起的皮肤干燥、粗糙和皱纹有一定的改善作用,并具有良好的安全性。Objective:To evaluate the safety and anti-aging research progress of a skin care product containing Taishu collagen peptide by in vitro and human combined test methods.Methods:By using cultured fibroblasts,In ELISA method was used to detect the content of type I collagen and elastin,and third-party human efficacy laboratory was used to detect human efficacy.The wrinkles,skin moisture content,transdermal moisture loss rate,elasticity and other date were collected and analyzed at 0,2 and 4 weeks to comprehensively evaluate the research progress in anti-aging of the product.Results:①Based on fibroblasts,compared with the control group,the secretion of both elastin and type I collagen showed a very significant increase trend at 0.3125%concentration(P<0.001).②31 lactate screened volunteers in sensitive skin by using the product about 28 days,the water content of skin stratum corneum,the rate of transepidermal water loss,skin elasticity(R7 value),skin firming F4,and wrinkles(length and number)at the corner of the eye were significantly improved compared with those before using the product.Conclusion:The anti-wrinkle essence containing taishu collagen peptide can improve skin dryness,roughness and wrinkles caused by facial skin aging,and with good safety.
