摘　　要：液压油的温度对拖拉机液压系统的性能有很大的影响,拖拉机液压系统一旦出现高温问题,其使用性能会严重下降。因此,将液压系统油温控制在合理的范围内,就显得尤为重要。本研究旨在了解拖拉机液压系统的发热来源及影响因素并讨论其解决办法。研究小组通过对拖拉机液压系统的热源分析确定了拖拉机液压系统发热的影响因素,同时讨论了拖拉机液压系统的散热形式及液压散热器的作用。针对影响拖拉机液压系统发热的影响因素,研究小组提出了减小回油背压、控制液压系统清洁度、选择适当的散热方式、优化管路设计、定期检查和养护等应对措施,以保障拖拉机液压系统正常工作,延长拖拉机使用寿命。The temperature of the hydraulic oil has a significant impact on the performance of the tractor hydraulic system.Once the tractor hydraulic system has a high temperature problem,its performance will be seriously reduced.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the oil temperature of the hydraulic system within a reasonable range.The aim of this study is to understand the heating sources and influencing factors of the tractor hydraulic system and discuss their solutions.The research group determined the influencing factors of tractor hydraulic system heating by analyzing the heat source of the tractor hydraulic system,and also discussed the heat dissipation form of the tractor hydraulic system and the role of the hydraulic radiator.In response to the factors that affect the heating of the tractor hydraulic system,the research group has proposed measures such as reducing the back pressure of the return oil,controlling the cleanliness of the hydraulic system,selecting appropriate heat dissipation methods,optimizing pipeline design,conducting regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the tractor hydraulic system and prolong the service life of the tractor.
