临床药学综合管理在头孢菌素类抗菌药物合理应用中的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药学综合管理在头孢菌素类抗菌药物合理应用中的价值。方法:选择2020年1月至2022年12月平潭综合实验区医院收治的80例使用头孢菌素类抗菌药物的患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组患者行使用头孢菌素类抗菌药物的常规用药指导,观察组患者采取临床药学综合管理,比较两组患者治疗依从性,统计两组患者对头孢菌素类抗菌药主观认知水平,以及两组患者具体用药错服、漏服和重复用药情况,分析两组患者不良反应。结果:观察组患者整体依从性水平高于对照组;观察组患者对头孢菌素类抗菌药主观认知参数中药物性质、用药方式、配伍禁忌和用药安全得分均高于对照组;观察组患者在错服、漏服和重复用药总比例显著低于对照组;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在头孢菌素类抗菌药物应用过程中,进行临床药学综合管理,可显著提高患者治疗依从性,改善患者主观认知水平,降低不合理用药事件和不良反应发生率。Objective To explore the value of clinical pharmacy management in rational application of cephalosporins.Methods 80 patients treated with cephalosporins in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups with 40 cases each according to random number table method.Patients in the control group exercised the routine medication guidance of cephalosporin antibiotics,while patients in the observation group took comprehensive clinical pharmacy management,compared the treatment compliance of patients in the two groups,counted the subjective cognition level of cephalosporin antibiotics of patients in the two groups,and analyzed the adverse reactions of patients in the two groups of patients with specific medication errors,missed administration and repeated administration.Results The overall compliance level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the subjective cognitive parameters of cephalosporins in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total proportion of wrong administration,missed administration and repeated administration in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the application of cephalosporins,comprehensive clinical pharmacy management can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,improve the subjective cognitive level of patients,and reduce the incidence of irrational drug use events and adverse reactions.
