摘  要:学校教育与家庭教育在“三全育人”中同等重要,家校联系是现代教育中的重要环节,为大学生的健康成长提供良好环境。然而,家校联系中存在缺乏经验、缺乏科学性和系统管理、形式单一且滞后等问题和挑战,有待解决。该文通过对相关文献的分析,探讨家校联系对大学生健康成长的影响,阐述了有效的家校联系途径:明确角色定位;拓展沟通渠道,加强家校互动和合作;提供多元化的支持和服务;建立有效的评估机制。研究表明,积极有效的家校联系可以形成教育合力,提高教育实效性,帮助大学生更好地成长,有助于实现全面发展的人才培养目标。School education and family education are equally important in the“three-pronged comprehensive education”of students,and the family-school connection is an essential aspect of modern education,providing a conducive environment for the healthy growth of university students.However,there are challenges and issues in the family-school connection,such as a lack of experience,lack of scientific and systematic management,limited and outdated approaches,which need to be addressed.This article,through the analysis of relevant literature,ex-plores the impact of the family-school connection on the healthy development of university students and eluci-dates effective approaches to family-school connection:clarifying role positioning,expanding communication channels to strengthen family-school interaction and cooperation,providing diversified support and services,and establishing an effective evaluation mechanism.Research shows that proactive and effective family-school con-nection can generate educational synergy,enhance educational effectiveness,aid in the better growth of university students,and contribute to achieving the comprehensive development goals of talent cultivation.
