摘  要:湘钢1^(#)高炉有效容积2580 m^(3),利用系数维持在2.8 t/m^(3)·d。由于不适宜的装料制度调整,造成风量萎缩,引发了管道行程和悬料,最终引起炉况波动。炉况波动出现后,高炉表现频繁烧坏风口,风量大幅度萎缩,利用系数大幅度降低。调整期间,通过快速恢复热制度、堵风口局部活跃炉缸、中心加焦引导气流、使用熔剂调整炉渣性质等措施,仅用24 h即恢复正常炉况。Effective volume of 1^(#)blast furnace of Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Group is 2580 m^(3),The utilization coefficient is maintained at 2.8 t/m^(3)·d.Due to improper assembly adjustment,the air volume shrinks,causing the air flow pipe stroke and suspended materials,and finally causing abnormal fluctuations in furnace conditions.After the abnormal fluctuation of furnace condition,the blast furnace frequently burns out the tuyere,the air volume shrinks greatly,and the utilization coefficient decreases greatly.During the adjustment,normal furnace conditions can be restored in only 24 hours by taking measures such as restoring the heat regime,blocking the tuyere and partially activating the hearth,central coking to guide the airflow,and using flux to adjust the properties of the slag.
