西藏盐井藏盐生产习俗的人类学考察

摘　　要：在极其恶劣的自然环境下,西藏盐井地区衍生出一套独特的传统藏盐生产方式和技术。本文通过实地考察和历史文献梳理,追溯藏族古代历史和文献中有关盐的足迹,并对这一古老的井盐生产、销售以及盐民的习俗进行深层次的考究,试图展现西藏盐井地区地方文化的多样与个性。Tibetan salt has been produced from a unique set of methods and techniques in the most extremely harsh natural environmental condition,very precious.Through field trips and historical documents,this paper traces back to the ancient history of the Tibetan history and the history of salt in the literature,to make a deeper and more sophisticated look at the customs of the ancient footprints of salt production,distribution and the salt people,to show the diversity and characteristic of local culture in the Yanjing area.
