摘  要:为了提高栀子蓝色素上染蚕丝织物的染色性能,以明矾作为媒染剂,并用超声波辅助染色,探讨媒染方法、媒染剂用量、染色温度、染色时间以及浴比对染色性能的影响。通过单因素实验以及响应面实验获得优化染色工艺:预媒染色法、媒染剂用量4%、染色温度50℃、染色时间30min、浴比1∶20。对优化染色条件下染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度、耐水色牢度和耐汗渍色牢度进行检测,除耐水变色色牢度为3~4级,耐汗渍沾色色牢度为4~5级外,其余色牢度等级均达到4级。In order to improve the dyeing performance of Gardenia Blue pigment on silk fabrics,using alum as a mordant and ultrasound assisted dyeing,the effects of mordant method,mordant dosage,dyeing temperature,dyeing time and bath ratio on dyeing performance were explored.The optimal dyeing process was obtained through single factor experi-ments and response surface optimization experiments:pre-mordant dyeing,the dosage of mordant 4%,dyeing temperature 50℃,dyeing time 30 min,bath ratio 1∶20.The color fastness to rubbing,water and perspiration of dyed fabrics under the optimal dyeing conditions were tested.Except for the color fastness to water was 3~4 level,the color fastness to perspira-tion was 4~5 level,the rest of the color fastness reached 4 level.
