摘  要:为了优化民航物流路径,提高配送效率并节省配送成本。研究提出了基于搜寻者优化算法的不确定性推理思想改进(Genetic Algorithm,GA)遗传算法,初步优化民航配送路径。然后结合(A-Star,A*)启发式搜索算法,基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information Systems,GIS)技术构建了民航物流配送路径优化集成框架。仿真结果表明,采用研究方法规划后的航行路线能够较好地避开云团,能够在各种限制条件下,保证航班航行的安全。在延误时间为0~25 min的范围内,其相差的飞行距离在40 km~75 km的范围内。由计算可得出,动态改航比静态改航减少了约6.1%的航行距离,表明采用研究方法的航行路径规划能够有效节省燃油与减少航行的时间。此次研究算法有效优化民航物流配送路径,具有较好的实用性价值。In order to optimize the route of civil aviation logistics,improve distribution efficiency and save distribution costs.An improved Genetic Algorithm(GA) based on seeker optimization algorithm is proposed to preliminarily optimize the civil aviation distribution route.Then,combining(A-Star,A*) heuristic search algorithm,based on Geographic Information Systems(GIS) technology,A framework of civil aviation logistics distribution route optimization integration is constructed.The simulation results show that the navigation route planned by the research method can avoid the clouds better and ensure the safety of flight navigation under various restrictive conditions.In the range of 0-25 minutes of delay,the difference in flight distance is 40-75 km.According to the calculation,the sailing distance of dynamic rerouting is reduced by about 6.1% compared with that of static rerouting,which indicates that the navigation path planning using the research method can effectively save fuel and reduce the sailing time.This research algorithm effectively optimizes the distribution route of civil aviation logistics and has good practical value.
