摘　　要：研究了一种基于国产运动控制器能实现精确控制超高压变电站支柱瓷瓶表面污秽360°圆周方向自动清洁的“C”形弧轨自动清洁装置的自动控制系统。该控制系统在低成本、易上手的基础上采用PID控制原理能有效满足“C”形弧轨自动回转滑台搭载不同清洁器具以不同清洁方式清洁支柱瓷瓶表面污秽的自动清洁装置对运动的位置和速度控制的要求,经运用于超高压变电站支柱瓷瓶自动清洁实际测试,能高效、安全地进行支柱瓷瓶伞裙圆周表面360°全方位无死角清污处理,是一种有效取代传统的人工清洁超高压变电站支柱瓷瓶表面污秽的自动清洁方式,采用该控制系统的“C”形弧轨自动回转滑台可进一步拓展研究用于搭载其他先进瓷瓶在线清洗设备,解决电力系统日常绝缘维护难题。An automatic control system of “C” type arc rail automatic cleaning device based on domestic motion controller is studied,which can accurately control the surface pollution of the pillar porcelain bottle of UHV substation in 360° circumferential direction.On the basis of low cost and easy to use,the PID control principle of the control system can effectively meet the requirements of the automatic cleaning device of “C” type arc rail automatic rotating sliding table,which is equipped with different cleaning instruments and cleans the surface of the pillar porcelain bottle in different cleaning ways.The automatic cleaning of the pillar porcelain bottle in ultra-high voltage substation has been applied to the actual test.It can effectively and safely carry out 360° all-round cleaning treatment of the skirt surface of the pillar porcelain bottle,which is an automatic cleaning method to effectively replace the traditional manual cleaning of the surface of the pillar porcelain bottle of UHV substation.The “C” type arc rail automatic rotating sliding table using this control system can be further developed and studied for carrying other advanced online cleaning equipment for porcelain bottles.Solve the problem of daily insulation maintenance of power system.
