摘 要:为提高斜拉桥混凝土桥塔锚固区施工质量、改善其受力性能,提出了在混凝土桥塔内壁设置钢箱作为永久钢内模的结构形式,并应用于某混凝土独塔斜拉桥中。为研究该结构形式,建立全桥有限元杆系模型和桥塔局部实体模型,研究桥塔内置钢箱后,桥塔锚固区混凝土及钢箱的应力状态。研究表明:当活载作用在主跨一侧时,桥塔轴力弯矩均较大,锚固区设置钢箱后,桥塔应力有所减小。通过有限元实体模型得出,桥塔锚固区设置钢箱可显著改善桥塔变形和受力。对桥塔锚固区节段进行局部分析表明,设置钢箱能有效改善锚固区受力状态,减小主拉、主压应力超限区域,改善桥塔竖向压应力。桥塔钢箱在成桥阶段Von Mises应力呈受拉状态且纵桥向桥塔侧钢箱壁应力大于横桥向一侧,受力满足规范要求。In order to improve the construction quality and mechanical performance of anchorage zone of concrete tower of cable-stayed bridge,a structural form of setting steel box on the inner wall of concrete tower as permanent steel internal model is proposed and applied to a concrete single-tower cable-stayed bridge.In order to study the structure,the finite element model of the whole bridge and the local solid model of the bridge tower are established to study the stress state of the concrete and steel box in the anchorage zone of the bridge tower after the steel box is built in the bridge tower.The research shows that when the live load acts on one side of the main span,the axial force bending moment of the bridge tower is large,and the stress of the bridge tower decreases after the steel box is set in the anchorage zone.Through finite element solid model,it is concluded that steel box in anchorage zone of bridge tower can significantly improve the deformation and stress of bridge tower.Through finite element solid model,it is concluded that steel box in anchorage zone of bridge tower can significantly improve the deformation and stress of bridge tower.The local analysis of the anchorage zone of the bridge tower shows that the steel box can effectively improve the stress state of the anchorage zone,reduce the over-limit area of the main tensile and compressive stress,and improve the vertical compressive stress of the bridge tower.The Von Mises stress of the steel box of the bridge tower is in a tensile state during the bridge completion stage,and the stress of the steel box wall on the side of the bridge tower in the longitudinal bridge is greater than that on the side of the transverse bridge,and the stress meets the requirements of the specification.
