摘　　要：从筛除对象、用于筛除的物质、影响筛除效果的因素等方面解析了农杆菌转化法中的“三除”:筛除未转化的农杆菌、筛除共培养的农杆菌、筛除未转化的受体细胞,为教师教学和学生深度学习提供参考。This article provides an analysis of the“three screenings”(i.e.,screening for untransformed Agrobacterium,screening for co-cultured Agrobacterium,and screening for untransformed recipient cells)in the Agrobacterium transformation focusing on the objects to be screened,substances used for screening,and factors influencing screening effectiveness,to provide a reference for teachers teaching and students in-depth learning.
