新型输盐管道及浮漂设计方案

摘　　要：文章通过介绍聚氨酯软管的性能,以替换PVC、PE输盐管道,通过改变浮漂设计及增加浮漂壳体的加强方式来强化浮漂强度,并且增加电缆安装位,从而提高了安全性及规范性。唐山三友盐化有限公司输盐管道原使用PVC、PE材质,自2017年改变输盐方式后采用直吸式收盐,因PVC、PE材质管道较硬,不能随直吸式收盐机在结晶池内回转,使用极度不便。浮漂目前采用高密度发泡泡沫,由于发泡泡沫质地较软,无法预留电缆线槽,在电缆安装时需使用绑带人工固定在浮漂上,其规范性、安全性及耐磨性能较差。由于PVC、PE管耐磨性差、强度低,抗老化能力弱,使用年限仅2~3 a,且单位长度重量大,倒运中需要大量人力。通过改变输盐管道材质来降低劳动强度,提高管道使用寿命,并且通过改变老式浮漂设计方案来提高使用寿命,从而降低收盐成本。In this article,the performance of polyurethane hose is introduced to replace PVC and PE salt conveying pipe,the floating float strength is strengthened by changing the floating float design and increasing the strengthening way of floating float shell,and the installation position of cable is increased,so as to improve the safety and standardization.Tangshan Sanyou Salt Chemical Co.,Ltd used to use PVC and PE materials for salt delivery pipe,but changed the salt delivery mode in 2017 and adopted direct absorption type for salt collection.Due to the hardness of PVC and PE material pipe,it cannot rotate with the direct absorption type salt collection machine in the crystallization pool,which is extremely inconvenient to use.Floating foam currently uses high-density foam,because of the soft texture of foaming foam,cable groove can not be reserved,when the cable installation needs to use the strap manually fixed on the floating float standard and safety,wear resistance is very poor.Due to the poor wear resistance,low strength and weak anti-aging ability of PVC and PE pipes,the service life is only 2~3 years,and the weight per unit length is large,so a lot of manpower is needed in reverse transportation.By changing the material of salt pipeline to reduce labor intensity,improve the service life of the pipeline,and by changing the old floating design scheme to improve the service life,so as to reduce the cost of salt collection.
