摘 要:为探明塔罗科血橙果实成熟过程中营养物质的动态变化规律,在四川省资中县一个塔罗科血橙果园中于盛花期后254 d、270 d、296 d、316 d和334 d采集果实样品,对有机酸、可溶性糖、淀粉、维生素C、多酚和花青素含量进行测定。结果表明,随着发育时间的推移,果实维生素C、花青素含量先减后增,淀粉含量先增后减,可溶性糖和多酚含量整体呈上升的趋势,有机酸含量趋势一直呈下降状态。该结论能够为四川地区血橙采摘及营养研究提供参考。The fruits of Talocco blood orange(Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) at different developmental stages in Zizhong county, Sichuan province were used as materials to measure the dynamic changes of main nutrient contents during the growth process by various methods. Blood orange fruits were picked during the maturity stage at intervals(sampling time was 254 d, 270 d, 296 d, 316 d, 334 d after flowering), and the physiological indexes were measured. The results showed that with the development of fruit, the contents of vitamin C and anthocyanins of blood orange decreased at first and then increased, the content of starch increased at first and then decreased, the content of soluble sugar and polyphenols increased, and the content of organic acids decreased. This study can provide theoretical guidance for optimizing picking time and nutrient study of blood orange in Sichuan.
