摘 要:膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,早期诊断困难,且易复发及远处转移。外泌体可穿透膀胱基底膜并将微RNA(miRNA)运输到尿液中,miRNA包含肿瘤相关的生物学信息,在尿液中含量非常丰富,不易被降解。尿液外泌体来源的miRNA在膀胱癌诊断、治疗等方面均具有一定潜力,检测其表达水平可提高膀胱癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,同时调节尿液外泌体miRNA水平还可改善膀胱癌患者对化疗药物的耐药性。因此,深入研究miRNA在膀胱癌进展中的作用机制可为临床膀胱癌患者的诊断及治疗提供新思路。Bladder cancer is one of the common genitourinary tumors in urinary system,with difficult early diagnosis,easy relapse and distant metastasis.Exosomes can cross the basement membrane of the bladder and transport microRNA(miRNA)into the urine,and the miRNA contain tumor-related biological information related to tumors and are abundant and stable in the urine.miRNA derived from urine exosomes show certain potential in the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.Detecting their expression can increase the sensitivity and specificity of bladder cancer diagnosis,and adjusting their concentration can reduce the resistance of bladder cancer patients to chemotherapeutic drugs.Therefore,further study on the mechanism of miRNA in the progression of bladder cancer may provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of the patients with bladder cancer.
