摘  要:奶啤是一种新型发酵乳饮料,既含有乳类的营养成分,又兼具酸奶、啤酒和碳酸饮料的风味口感,深受广大消费者青睐。本文综述奶啤饮料研发历程和现状,分析奶啤市场存在问题,提出制定奶啤饮料行业(团体)标准的建议。Milk beer is a new type of fermented milk beverage,which contains both the nutritional components of milk and the flavor and taste of yogurt,beer,and carbonated beverages,and is highly favored by consumers.This article reviews the research and development process and current situation of milk beer beverages,analyzes the problems in the milk beer market,and proposes suggestions for formulating industry(group)standards of milk beer beverages.
