摘　　要：自信自强精神是重大科技项目团队持续产出重大原创科学思想和科技成果的强大驱动力,其内涵结构包括脚踏实地的务实精神、坚忍不拔的进取精神、互惠共赢的合作精神、勇担大任的担当精神以及敢为人先的创新精神等五个方面的内容;它来源于马克思主义的科学真理,滋养于中华优秀传统文化,浸润于建党百年的科技思想,洞见于国内外科技发展大势,聚焦于重大科技项目团队建设。建议从坚持党的领导、健全提升机制、优化外部环境以及加强团队教育等四个层面着手,不断提升重大科技项目团队的自信自强精神。Self-confidence and self-improvement spirit is the important spiritual quality of university major scientific and technological project teams to continuously produce major original scientific ideas and scientific and technological achievements.It includes five aspects:down-to-earth pragmatic spirit,indomitable enterprising spirit,mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation spirit,the spirit of assuming great responsibilities and innovation spirit.It originates from the scientific truth of Marxism,nourishes the excellent traditional Chinese culture,moistens the century-old scientific and technological thought of the Party,has insight into the general trend of scientific and technological development at home and abroad,and is rooted in the major S&T project teams in universities.It is proposed to continuously improve the self-confidence and self-improvement spirit of university major science and technology project teams from four aspects:adhering to the leadership of the Party,improving the promotion mechanism,optimizing the external environment,and strengthening team education.
