重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗的价值。方法选取88例宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组44例。对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,研究组采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗。对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率95.5%明显高于对照组的79.5%(P<0.05)。研究组人乳头瘤病毒感染阴性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组白介素-6(IL-6)水平高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒亚临床感染的疗效显著,可降低TNF-α水平,且具有安全性,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the value of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule in the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus subclinical infection.Methods 88 patients with cervical human papillomavirus subclinical infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baofukang supposal,and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of 95.5% in the study group was significantly higher than that of 79.5%in the control group(P<0.05).The negative rate of human papillomavirus infection in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent capsule in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus subclinical infection has a significant effect,can reduce the level of TNF-α,and it has security,worthy of clinical promotion.
